When you reserve a seat we collect your name, home address, city, state, ZIP code, mobile number, email address, the sex/gender you select, and the first name, last name, and sex/gender of each guest in your party.
Your address and contact details confirm your reservation and let us reach you with departure updates. Guest names and sex/gender are used solely to build the passenger manifest the driver and organizers carry on event day.
We use your information to send your confirmation, send trip updates by email and text message, check you in at boarding, and produce the printed manifest. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing from other companies.
Only the event organizers signed in to the private dashboard can view reservation details. Passenger information is never displayed publicly on this site — the public page shows only the number of seats remaining.
Reservation records are retained through the December 12, 2026 event and for a short period afterward for accounting and follow-up, then deleted.
You can request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by replying to your confirmation email. You may opt out of text updates by replying STOP.
