Day 13 Arches, Canyonlands

We went 70 miles south today.  But a 245 miles east west up and down. Trip total 5170.

We started the day at Arches National Park watching the sun come up and dance on the rock .

Next stop was Newspaper Rock with ancient petroglyphs. They have not been deciphered so it is fun to make up your own story. I’m sure I found an alien and Bigfoot.

Look for the animals

Taking the road less traveled-no I wasn’t lost- we saw a cowboy herding his cattle across the road, deer, and turkey.
