Basically we had a straight through over night flight, leaving Austin at 6:20 pm, arriving Heathrow after 9 am.
As we deplaned, we got a message boarding was delayed from noon to 3 pm, too late to change our ride to the ship. Very bad traffic trying to get in, turned out not only was the ship late, but there was a fire alarm set off in the building where you check in and wait for boarding, so that entire building was closed.
We were guided to a lot where people leaving the ship waited for their luggage to be ready for pickup with those of us waiting to board. I think it was nearly 4 pm by the time we were sitting in the building waiting to be board.
We enjoyed the evening, headed to bed early, and all slept in in the morning.
