We went from Florida to Oregon today. First stop was Mark Twain’s birthplace in Florida, Missouri.
First day along the Missouri River, we began at St Joseph Missouri, and took a photo of the Pony Express statue. Then we had a great, see the Newly Discovered Eats.
We toured a Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center with great view of the river and an example boat. There was a nice quiet walk in the woods down to a lookout over the river.
Finally in case fires and smoke prevent us from reaching Oregon state, we visited Oregon, MO.
